The Observatory stated that some of the detainees were subjected to beatings, insults that violated human rights, and threats of execution, as happened in the locality of &#8220;Rabak&#8221; in the White Nile State, which is under the control of the Sudanese army.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A video circulated on social media on Monday showing soldiers from the army severely beating a detained citizen in the city of Rabak in the White Nile State.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The Observatory indicated in its statement that civilians have been subjected to beatings, torture, killing, and mutilation of their bodies by extremist organizations fighting alongside the Sudanese army throughout the country.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The statement stated:(We express our deep concern about the serious violations that innocent citizens are subjected to by these extremist groups, and we call on the international community, human rights and international organizations to condemn these acts that target the Sudanese people in large parts of the country.
