He added: \u201cWe have witnessed how citizens in general in the western regions of Sudan and areas under our control have been cut off from telecommunications services, denied supplies and humanitarian aid, and deprived of the ability to obtain identity documents and official papers; indeed, the situation has even reached the point of suspending the educational process and preventing students from taking exams.\u201d<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">He continued: \u201cIn the face of this blockade, which has lasted for nearly three years, Sudanese citizens in these areas have suffered from a severe living crisis and a complete deprivation of basic rights. Based on our moral and national responsibility, we had no choice but to intervene to fill this administrative and service vacuum and provide the alternatives and essential aid necessary to sustain life and alleviate the suffering of civilians).<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Regarding the financial and monetary measures taken by his government, Takad stated that the action came after the Center imposed a suffocating economic blockade, which included banning the circulation of the current currency in our regions, restricting and drying up channels of cash flow, and cutting off the banking network to prevent salaries and commercial transactions from reaching all of Sudanese territory in those areas. Consequently, establishing a parallel financial and monetary system has become a matter of economic survival rather than a political luxury.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The official spokesperson for the Founding Alliance emphasized that these exceptional measures are not evidence of the \u201cSudan Founding\u201d Alliance\u2019s desire to create a separatist reality or divide the country; rather, they are temporary measures imposed by the nature of the war and the central government\u2019s failure to fulfill its duties toward its citizens. True economic unity is not based on subjecting citizens to policies of starvation, but on equal opportunities. He continued: \u201cWhen the war comes to an end and a new national governance formula is agreed upon, these newly established administrative and monetary institutions can be integrated or adapted within a unified state structure on federal or confederal grounds that ensure the weapon of financial blockade is not used against any region in the future.
