The statement explained that the \u201cDera District\u201d recorded the highest infection rates according to reports from the Spanish branch of \u201cDoctors Without Borders,\u201d with cases concentrated in the areas of Suni, Jawa, and Dera.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The Civil Authority expressed grave concern that the epidemic could spiral out of control if the outbreak continues, warning of potentially catastrophic consequences for the region given the deterioration of medical services, the acute shortage of healthcare, and the difficulty in accessing treatment.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
