The danger of pro-war demonstrations in Europe, Canada, and the US, and the deception of asylum files<\/span><\/h1>\n

In recent weeks, a dangerous phenomenon has emerged in a number of European capitals: groups of Sudanese have taken to the streets in demonstrations supporting the war and those waging it in Sudan, chanting slogans glorifying violence and military coups, and justifying systematic killings, aerial bombardments, and the use of internationally banned weapons against civilians.<\/span><\/h1>\n

These shocking scenes are in stark contrast to the accounts these same people gave in their asylum files and case studies when they obtained residency in Europe and America. They portrayed themselves as \u201cvictims of the regime,\u201d \u201cpersecuted by the army,\u201d \u201cpersecuted by the security services,\u201d and \u201cwanted\u201d because of their political views. But their appearance today in the ranks of the army and the coup authorities reveals a completely different reality: we are faced with widespread deception and direct manipulation of European protection policies.<\/span><\/h1>\n

A dangerous double standard… and lies documented with evidence:<\/span><\/h1>\n

How can someone claim to immigration authorities that they are fleeing the army’s brutality, then appear in the heart of Brussels, Berlin, or London cheering for the very army that they say is persecuting them?<\/span><\/h1>\n

This is not only a contradiction… it is a major moral lapse and a practice that could amount to falsification of official information submitted to the competent authorities.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Even more dangerous, according to reliable sources within the communities, is that some Sudanese embassies and parties financing the war are paying these people to appear at these demonstrations and distort the political and media landscape in Europe.<\/span><\/h1>\n

A threat to European and Western security:<\/span><\/h1>\n

The presence of groups supporting the military coup and military operations in Sudan within European cities poses a real threat to the security of host communities. These groups do not merely express a political opinion, but advocate:<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u2022 The use of chemical weapons and barrel bombs<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u2022 The mass killing of civilians<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u2022 The targeting of villages and camps<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u2022 Hate speech and incitement to violence<\/span><\/h1>\n

This sympathy for documented war crimes makes the organizers of these demonstrations sleeper cells that could later be exploited for acts of sabotage or to finance activities linked to extremist groups within Sudan.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Urgent call to European authorities:<\/span><\/h1>\n

In order to preserve the integrity of their asylum systems and the security of their societies, European governments have a duty to immediately review:<\/span><\/h1>\n

1. The asylum applications of all those who participated in these demonstrations<\/span><\/h1>\n

2. The consistency of their statements in their asylum files with their public behavior in support of the war<\/span><\/h1>\n

3. Opening investigations into the sources of funding for these gatherings<\/span><\/h1>\n

4. Assessing the extent to which these individuals pose a threat to national security<\/span><\/h1>\n

5. Verifying the relationship of some of them with embassies or agencies of the coup regime<\/span><\/h1>\n

Anyone who shows support for a military entity that has committed crimes against humanity cannot be considered a \u201cvictim\u201d or \u201cpolitically persecuted,\u201d but rather a supporter of an oppressive regime and possibly a partner in campaigns of misinformation and glorification of violence.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Conclusion:<\/span><\/h1>\n

The continuation of this phenomenon without oversight poses a double threat:<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u2022 A threat to the Sudanese cause by distorting the facts and whitewashing war crimes<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u2022 A threat to European societies by allowing groups that support military violence to operate freely<\/span><\/h1>\n
