He promised to take care of the families of those killed in battle and to treat the wounded.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-29779\" src=\"https:\/\/rhinosd.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GT4pnaWXEAApKYt-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"939\" height=\"939\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rhinosd.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GT4pnaWXEAApKYt-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/rhinosd.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GT4pnaWXEAApKYt-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/rhinosd.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/GT4pnaWXEAApKYt.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 939px) 100vw, 939px\" \/><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">In a letter addressed to the governor of Khartoum and published on social media on Sunday, Talha said: \u201cWe call on all employees of your institution, regardless of their job titles, to join the mobilization and join our camps and advanced forces before going to the battlefronts.\u201d<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The leader of the Al-Baraa Bin Malik militia and the governor of Khartoum to officially circulate his letter to all workers and employees in the state and to facilitate the procedures for their deployment, pledging to take care of the families of \u201cmartyrs\u201d and wounded civil servants, as well as to facilitate the procedures for identifying and empowering their families to receive the necessary support and care.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">He added: \u201cWe hope for a quick response to this appeal, as the position of our government and service institutions is a matter of credibility, and there must be cohesion between the armed forces and state institutions.
