The majority of the displaced, numbering around 2,250 people, left the city of El Obeid in the Shikan locality, while around 350 people were displaced from the city of El Rahad.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The organization explained in a report that the displaced persons were distributed across various locations in the states of White Nile, Khartoum, and Al Jazirah, amid difficult humanitarian conditions and a lack of basic services.
