We pledge to make every possible effort to restore normal life in the city through immediate measures, including:<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to those in need, securing convoys and humanitarian workers, and enabling them to carry out their work to guarantee aid reaches those who require it.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Assigning the Federal Police the task of maintaining security after the city has been fully secured.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Reopening markets, hospitals, water resources, and all essential service facilities.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Clearing landmines and handling the deceased in a manner that preserves human dignity, facilitating the return of citizens to their homes.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Treating prisoners with respect in accordance with international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Our forces reassure the Sudanese people in general, and the residents of Al-Fashir in particular, that the primary objective of liberating the city is to eliminate the threats and dangers that citizens suffered due to the terrorists.
