Amid fears that the army intends to use them against civilians and repeat the crimes committed in Khartoum and Darfur, the sources described the move as a flagrant violation of international law.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Last June, the army used chemical weapons in bombing the town of Al-Kuma in North Darfur, which was evident in the change in the smell and color of drinking water.
