In March, the WFP was able to reach four million people across Sudan, the highest number since the conflict erupted more than two years ago, Ms. Chataraj said.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u201cThis was an important step in getting food to people who have been cut off from aid for a long time,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">However, she added, \u201cthe need is much greater.
