The cities of El Fasher, Mellit, Al Kuma, Kabkabiya, Zalingei, Mershing and Shangil Tobay have also been subjected to repeated attacks by the Sudanese air force.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">This prompted a number of experts and those interested in Sudanese affairs to emphasize the importance of forming a government that can address the issues of protecting civilians and putting an end to these massacres.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Dr. Muhyiddin Omar, a strategic expert and academic specializing in international relations, said that any delay in the formation of the government encourages the army to continue to commit more massacres against civilians and worsen the situation, especially in areas controlled by the Rapid Support. \u201cThat is why it is necessary to expedite the formation of the government in order to protect civilians,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Omar revealed that the formation of a government contributes to the provision of air defense systems, as in the case of Libya and a number of situations similar to the Sudanese case.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">He explained that the issue of recognizing the Zam&#8217;ara government is a secondary issue and is of no use, as the world deals according to interests, according to his opinion.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Dr. Jawaher Sayed El-Din, a human rights activist and specialist in the field of human rights, said that the world is watching these massacres that have been committed against Sudanese citizens and the violation of international covenants and charters and all Geneva Conventions and International Covenant Agreements, and this is a reason to expand the work of the International Criminal Court to extend its mandate beyond the Darfur region to include all parts of Sudan to investigate all the massacres.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The presence of a government that believes in democratization and has a good relationship with the international community could open the way for trials for all those accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">For his part, international law expert Abdelwahid Mohamed Siddiq said that the formation of a government at this time is dictated by the circumstances due to the army&#8217;s abdication of its responsibilities towards half or more than half of Sudan&#8217;s population by depriving them of their right to life by launching massive attacks through the air force, preventing access to medicine and food to most of the Sudanese territory, and denying citizens their basic rights to obtain identity papers, education and currency.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">He added that the world \u201cis watching this criminal behavior, but it is waiting for the concerned people to move to form a government, which will find recognition and support from a number of countries and regional and international institutions.\u201d<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Sudanese army aircraft continue to launch intensive air strikes on densely populated areas, resulting in the killing of thousands of civilians and widespread destruction of infrastructure, residential homes, shelters and camps for the displaced, amid ongoing calls for a ban on warplanes.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Aljamaheer<\/span><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rhino: In Nyala, the capital of South Darfur state, the number of victims within a week reached more than (100) dead and dozens of wounded civilians, most of them women and children.
