We condemn and denounce this brutal behavior that affected all local and international civilian objects and institutions, transgressing all international norms, covenants and conventions.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The Yabus area, which borders Ethiopia, is under the control of the Sudan People&#8217;s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N).
