It was no coincidence that the same parties that turned against the revolution engaged in a fierce war aimed at liquidating the revolution and its forces, and it was not strange for the revolutionary forces to stand against this strife and stand against the war and seek to strip it of any legitimacy and work to stop it through peaceful means and restore the path of the glorious December revolution.)<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The statement reads: \u201cOn the anniversary of the coup, we say it clearly. In this context, we affirm our rejection of the Port Sudan group&#8217;s attempts to gain legitimacy through the gate of war, after the coup failed to achieve this goal for the parties that participated in it.)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">He continued: \u201cWe in the Coordination of Civil Democratic Forces (Taqaddam) renew our call to all revolutionary forces to unite around the goals and objectives of the glorious December Revolution, and to work hard to end this war, address its effects, and establish a sustainable democratic civilian transition. We also stress that we will work with all our strength to resist any tendency to legitimize any authority that comes through the gate of war. In this context, we will submit a detailed political and legal memorandum to all international and regional institutions as part of a package of steps to counter any plans to impose an illegitimate authority that reinforces military despotism, brings back elements of the former regime, and divides the country.
