Rhino: Agencies – Deputy Executive Director of the UN World Food Program (WFP) Karl Skau said on Thursday that the northern Gaza Strip is still heading towards famine.

He added that there is still a need for larger quantities of aid and enhanced predictability, as well as continued efforts to bring more diversified aid to the northern Gaza Strip.
