Rhino: Khartoum, Coordination of civil democratic forces (TAGADOM) said on Saturday, that Sudan is going through one of the worst national disasters, represented by the devastating war that has killed thousands, displaced millions, torn the social fabric, and destroyed infrastructure, security and military capabilities.

In a statement issued on the occasion of the April 6th anniversary, (TAGADOM) said that the current war is against everything that the glorious December Revolution brought about, describing it as a war of “coup against the revolution” and “blocking the path to democratic transition”. It called for adherence to the values and goals of the revolution to silence the sounds of guns and replace them with a homeland where the banners of freedom, peace and justice fly.

The statement said:(We will continue on the path until we defeat the projects of the forces of war and dark totalitarianism, and rebuild the Sudanese state on the basis of the goals and objectives that our people have fought for, and they will not give up achieving them no matter what difficulties they face).

It added:(Today marks a day of great importance in the history of our national struggle, a day on which our people wrote two immortal epics that overthrew two totalitarian regimes, so that this people could say with a loud voice that tyranny is perishable and that the freedom of our country and its people is the goal and the pursuit, no matter how long the road may be).
