Rhino: Khartoum, The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) issued a statement today emphasizing their commitment to facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid to those in need in areas under their control, in cooperation with international organizations and UN agencies.

The statement stressed the importance of coordinating with the RSF to ensure that aid reaches its intended recipients and that it is not diverted for any other purpose.

The statement also confirmed the RSF’s keenness to cooperate with the United Nations and humanitarian relief agencies based on clear and transparent understandings.

(RSF) announced:(We welcome all international efforts to deliver relief to areas under our control, and We emphasize the need to coordinate with our forces to ensure that humanitarian aid reaches its intended recipients).

“We will not allow the diversion of humanitarian aid for any other purpose, RSF continued.

RSF said:(We have evidence that some parties are trying to exploit humanitarian aid to achieve political goals, we call on humanitarian actors to deliver aid directly to those in need, we will continue to extend our hands for coordination with international organizations and UN agencies to deliver aid to areas under our control, and we confirm our cooperation with the United Nations and humanitarian relief agencies based on clear and transparent understandings).
