Khartoum: Rhino – The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) said on Monday that the leader of the Sudanese army lacks legitimacy and represents only his terrorist organization, and that he starts from a coup reality that caused the current war in Sudan, in favor of the Islamic terrorist movement and the old state. The RSF announced its endeavor to end the power of what it described as the “Port Sudan gang” and rebuild the state on the foundations of peace and justice among all Sudanese peoples.
The RSF added in a statement on Monday that al-Burhan sought to play the role of peace advocate before the Arab-Islamic Summit in Riyadh, describing his speech as “hypocritical and misleading” and ironic when he referred to the importance of establishing peace in the region and putting an end to conflicts and disputes, while the warplanes of his militias claim the lives of thousands of Sudanese people on a daily basis.
The statement said: “Al-Burhan stood before the Riyadh summit with hands stained with the blood of innocent people and haunted by the curses of millions, and his false claims and attempts to wear the clothes of legitimacy will not change his true characterization as a war criminal who must be tried and justly punished.
The statement continued: “It is no secret to regional and international partners that the butcher Al-Burhan has evaded the requirements of peace in all initiatives to contain the Sudanese crisis, while the RSF responded to them with all seriousness and responsibility and not out of weakness, at a time when the world realizes that it extends its control over most parts of the country.
