Al-Hadi Idris appeals the two conflicting parties to cease the fighting and deliver aid to the victims of the war

Al-Fasher – Rhino: The chairman of “Sudan Liberation Movement / Army – Transitional Council”, and chairman of “Sudanese Revolutionary Front”, Al Hadi Idris on Saturday launched an urgent appeal to open humanitarian tracks and deliver aid to victims of the war in Sudan, and in Darfur particularly.

The movement said in a press statement on Saturday that its executive office held this morning an important online meeting chaired by Dr. Al-Hadi Idris Yahya, the chairman of the movement, and the meeting presented a detailed enlightenment to the members of the executive about the political and humanitarian situation in the country, expressing that the movement and its leadership, have been constantly following the bad humanitarian and security situation left by the war in the country in general, and in Darfur particularly, for the seek of urgent solutions to it.

“Hadi Idris” launched an appeal to the parties of the conflict to stop the fighting, and open safe paths in order to deliver humanitarian aid to those affected by this absurd war in general, displaced people in camps, shelter centers, refugees, and citizens trapped in cities and areas of confrontation.

The chairman of the movement from his residence in Al-Fasher city, the capital of North Darfur state appealed to local, regional and international humanitarian organizations to help the Sudanese people, especially in Darfur region, which has become a disaster area due to the lack of life and the closure of humanitarian tracks, pointing to the presence of several cases of starvation death on a daily basis among citizens and residents in camps and shelter centers, especially Kalma camp for displaced persons in South Darfur state, noting that “the effects of the continuous indiscriminate aerial bombardment on areas crowded with citizens and displaced people have left catastrophic results, such as many lives were lost among civilians and destruction of the property of citizens and infrastructure, which will further complicate the situation in the coming days if It did not being corrected sooner.”
