TASIS Forces Announce Control of Several Military Sites in Blue Nile

Rhino: Follow-up – The Sudan Founding Alliance Forces announced today, Wednesday, that they had taken control of the “Al-Kili – Kilo 6” areas and a number of strategic military sites in the Blue Nile/New Fung region, following battles with army forces and allied Islamic Movement militias.

The Alliance forces added in a statement today:(Our forces have seized a large stockpile of military equipment in an important step that will have far-reaching implications, given the strategic location and military significance of the areas liberated from the Muslim Brotherhood militia).

The statement continued:(By liberating these strategic military areas, the heroes of the ‘Tasis’ Forces taught the militias of Al-Burhan a lesson in valor and courage; these cowards had no choice but to flee, pursued by defeat, loss, and disappointment, while the heroes of the Sudan Founding Coalition (‘Tasis’) advanced until they liberated the last terrorist strongholds in the region).

“Tasis” forces issued an appeal to those it described as individuals within the ranks of the Muslim Brotherhood militia in the Blue Nile/New Fung region, urging them to surrender (rather than continue in the current operational situation, which amounts to military suicide and will not alter the inevitable outcome of the ongoing battles in the region), and pledged to guarantee their safety and ensure they are treated humanely in accordance with international laws and norms.

The statement added:(The victory achieved today reaffirms the resolve and determination of our valiant forces to press forward to liberate the entire homeland from the remnants of terrorists who pose a threat to our people and to all the peoples of the region. Very soon, new locations will be liberated, and our forces are working with confidence and steadfastness to advance toward them in order to liberate the entire homeland and bring stability to our people).
