Khartoum: Rhino – The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) stated that they achieved a major victory this Saturday morning by repelling an attack launched by army forces and allied militias on the Kazqil and Al-Hammadi axis, following a fierce battle that ended with the breaking of the attacking force’s momentum and its complete defeat.

The Rapid Support Forces added in a statement: “The battle resulted in the killing of more than 500 enemy personnel, while our forces, according to preliminary figures, managed to seize 85 fully equipped combat vehicles, in addition to various types of artillery and ammunition currently being inventoried, while more than 40 combat vehicles were destroyed.”

The statement read: “This heroic operation underscores the high readiness of our forces and proves that every desperate attempt by the Islamic Movement’s army to reposition itself will be met with decisiveness and force, until the path to liberation and salvation is completed. We affirm that our struggle will continue until the entire homeland is liberated from the domination of the ‘Port Sudan gang,’ and Sudan is built and established on new, just foundations that lift injustice from all Sudanese people.”
