Khartoum: Rhino – The Sudanese Human Rights Observatory said that the Sudanese army, led by Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, targeted four aid convoys in early February in North Darfur, killing and injuring civilians.
The Observatory described these strikes as a humanitarian tragedy and a war crime, warning against the continuation of such attacks without accountability.
