Rhino: Agencies – An Italian press report addressed the status of Napoli’s players who recently returned from national duty, and whether they will be able to play against Roma.

Napoli are set to host Roma at the Diego Maradona Stadium on Sunday for week 13 of the Serie A season.

Domenico Tedesco, the head coach of the Belgian national team, has caused Napoli officials great concern regarding Lukaku’s condition, saying that the striker has a knee issue and needs to get an injection for which he will not train for five days.

According to the Italian website “Tutto Mercato”, Napoli manager Antonio Conte received reassuring news about Lukaku, after the Belgian sniper returned to train with the rest of the group on a regular basis.

He indicated that Lukaku will start the match against Roma as normal from the first minute.

On the other hand, the site said that for Scott McTominay, the team’s midfielder, there is nothing serious about the injury he suffered in his left ankle during the Scottish national team’s match against Poland.

McTominay has reassured Napoli’s medical staff and is set to return to regular training with the group for Sunday’s match.
