Rhino: Follow-up – Musad Pauls, the U.S. President’s Advisor on African and Arab Affairs, affirmed that the direct letter sent by the Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, to U.S. President Donald Trump will not alter the course of the main U.S. plan to end the conflict in Sudan. In his remarks, he explained that U.S. efforts and plans are proceeding according to their established course, while reiterating international and U.S. demands that both parties accept an urgent humanitarian ceasefire.
