After the arrival of humanitarian aid: TASIS Alliance confirms improvement in conditions for citizens in Bara and El Fasher

El Fasher: Rhino – The Sudan Founding Coalition said on Wednesday that its forces and peace government agencies are continuing their work to improve conditions in the cities of El Fasher and Bara, confirming the arrival of several trucks carrying humanitarian aid, including food and medical supplies, as well as a number of medical and health teams and civil society initiatives.

The coalition added in a statement: “The stabilization of the situation for civilians in El Fasher and their joyful and jubilant reception of the liberation of the city and the humanitarian aid convoys is a great motivation for us to continue liberating Sudan from the terrorist Islamic Movement army and its militias.”

The statement said: “Our forces and engineering teams continue to remove landmines planted by the joint forces inside the city, on roads and in markets, while assessing the damage and needs in the areas of electricity and water services in order to restore these essential services for the return of civilians who were protected and evacuated during the military operations in the city.”

The coalition praised the efforts of the federal police and their role in protecting civilians, maintaining security and stability in El Fasher, and maintaining their presence within the city.

The statement added: “We will continue to build and reconstruct, and we will continue to extend our hand for peace. We will not deviate from our people’s choices for freedom, peace, justice, equality, and the liberation of the country from the Islamic Movement and the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood.”
