Rhino: Agencies – Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior was crowned the Globe Soccer Player of the Year in 2024 on Friday.

The Brazilian star combined the awards for best striker and best player in 2024, thanks to his contributions and impact on his team’s tournaments throughout the year.

Feeney beat out the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo (Al Nasr), Lionel Messi (Inter Milan), Judd Billingham and Danny Carvajal, Kylian Mbappe and Toni Kroos (Real Madrid), Lautaro Martinez (Inter Milan) and Erling Haaland (Manchester City).

Junior has helped Real Madrid win five trophies this year, including La Liga, the Spanish Super Cup, the Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup and the Intercontinental Cup.
