Press release regarding allegations of violations in El Fasher
We have seen numerous videos on social media attributing violations against civilians in El Fasher, Bara, and other liberated areas to TASIS forces.
We in TASIS Alliance, reiterate our position that we condemn any violations and we are working continuously to stop them, as our military and political leaders have repeatedly stated.
We will work to form committees of inquiry to verify the authenticity of these videos and allegations, but the following must be clarified:
1. Many of the videos of violations that are circulating on social media platforms are fabricated by the media of the Islamic movement, mercenaries from the joint forces, and others. If examined closely, this will become clear.
2. It is unreasonable to believe that the TASIS forces, which evacuated nearly 800,000 civilians from El Fasher to safe areas during military operations, would violate civilians after liberating the city. No logic behind this assumption
3. Those who chose false neutrality and were too cowardly to tell the truth and take a clear stance in this war will, unfortunately, always seek to justify their positions along these allegations, as is the case with Islamist terrorists, but their reasons and goals differ.
4. The attempt by the Islamic movement army, its militias, and their mercenaries to turn this war into an ethnic war has failed.
Sudanese people will never fight each other again for any ethnic, religious, or tribal reasons, and this war will be the last war after eradicating the cancer of the Muslim Brotherhood, dissolved NCP and their army and brigades.
Since its inception, this war has been a stage for the lies of the Islamic movement and the dissolved NCP. In fact, it’s very beginning was a big lie, with those who ignited this war calling it a war for the dignity of the Sudanese people, when in fact it is nothing but the dignity of the Muslim Brotherhood and their militias that they want to preserve.
We will continue on our path we have chosen to liberate Sudan from this terrorism, and we will continue to extend our hands for peace, but a peace that preserves Sudan, its unity, the dignity of its people, their freedom, and their liberation from the terrorism and injustice of the Muslim Brotherhood, their militias, and their army.
Victory is ours, and glory to the revolution and to Sudan.
