Rhino: Agencies – The United States urged Syrian authorities on Sunday to hold accountable “radical Islamic terrorists” who have carried out killings in Syria and said it stands by the country’s religious and ethnic minorities.

“The United States condemns radical Islamic terrorists, including foreign militants, who have killed people in western Syria in the past few days,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a statement.
