Khartoum: Rhino – The Eastern Sudan Gathering warned today, Friday, of the arrival of Egyptian forces in the “Wad al-Halio” area, in a mission described as suspicious on the Sudanese Ethiopian border, without disclosing the nature of this mission, and whether it involves an Egyptian aggression against neighboring Ethiopia or is merely an intelligence mission to gather information.

The group demanded the Egyptian forces to leave Sudanese territory immediately, threatening that they will become a legitimate target for its forces if they do not leave, and held the military intelligence of the army responsible for the consequences of what may happen as a result of the presence of these forces in eastern Sudan.
