Khartoum: Rhino – Rehab Mubarak Sayed Ahmed, a member of the Executive Office of the Emergency Lawyers and the Sudanese Network for Human Rights, revealed on Thursday, organized murders against civilians that were committed by members of the Bara bin Malik militia accompanied by the Sudanese army forces, pointing out that the victims were pre-targeted and included in lists, and that the militia works to kill them immediately upon their arrest.
The lawyer added in a press statement on Thursday: “From my close follow-up of the criminal acts carried out by this battalion, I found that the killing carried out by this terrorist battalion is systematic and studied and not ‘randomly’ or by chance, through several evidence.
She continued: “Hours before entering Madani, the battalion published a list that it had prepared itself with the names of a number of citizens it called collaborators, whom it said it would liquidate when it entered Madani. At that time, I took the video lightly and considered it ‘media talk,’ but after entering Madani, dozens contacted me, including a citizen from Madani itself, who told me that his two cousins and their neighbor were liquidated inside their homes in Madani by the Baraa Brigades, which knew where they lived and stayed, and their names were in the list that was prepared with the liquidation list”.
(I noticed in the videos of the battalion entering the Abu Hajjar area that they knew the characteristics of the detainees who were liquidated afterward, so they were shouting: “This is a wedding for the support, and this is the judge who was in the area. “This is the mazoun who was at a wedding for the RSF, and this is the judge who was in the area.” Later, information was received from people from the same area that the front of the mosque and the judge, who were seen among a number of detainees, were all liquidated.)
The lawyer pointed out that in one of the battalion’s videos, a long line of citizens with their faces covered were asked for their names, as if they were being compared to a list they already had, and after the person in the line mentions his name, the soldier carrying the weapon answers him with the word (Zayli), which means that he has become dead in the battalion’s law, after being asked to bring out the person who belongs to the intelligence, after he mentions his name and military badge, and he is taken out of the line until the veracity of his information is confirmed.
She added: “I saw this behavior in a video from a civilian and another from Bahri, and the rest of the people in the line are definitely liquidated. In my opinion, their failure to liquidate the intelligence officer comes according to “directives,” the most important of which is the fear that his class and his fellow soldiers will mobilize against the battalion if they learn that they have liquidated him, and they do not need tensions in the field as long as the army soldiers who are fighting alongside them do not object to killing the civilians they are liquidating.
