Khartoum: Rhino – The Sudanese National Human Rights Observatory revealed that it had obtained a motorcycle driver’s license belonging to one of the children recruited into the ranks of militias loyal to the Sudanese army, which the Observatory considers further evidence of these groups’ involvement in the recruitment of children for military activities and the facilitation of their movements within operational areas, in clear violation of national and international standards on child protection.
