Khartoum: Rhino – The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) condemned in a statement on Thursday that the army forces and the “Baraa bin Malik” militias committed a heinous crime by brutally smashing the head of a citizen, before executing him with a barrage of bullets, in a street in the city of Khartoum Bahri.

A shocking video clip showed an armed group of the army and the Islamic Movement brigades dragging an unarmed young man on the asphalt street, then one of them smashed his head with “machetes and knives” and fired a barrage of bullets at him, leaving him drowning in his own blood.

The statement said: “This terrorist crime adds to the record of the Islamic Movement and its repeated massacres against the Sudanese people. Our forces condemn the incident and call on the international community and its human rights and humanitarian organizations to assume their responsibilities towards civilians and classify the militias of the Islamic Movement, led by the criminal Burhan, as terrorist groups.
