Rhino: Agencies – President Joe Biden’s administration is urging the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) to sign a ceasefire agreement that would allow the release of hostages, White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said on Friday.

Kirby said the White House welcomed Israel’s decision to send another team to Doha to continue negotiations.
