Rhino: Agencies – The Palestinian Authority (PA) issued a statement on Thursday welcoming the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) decision to issue arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant, the official Palestinian News and Information Agency (Wafa) reported.

The PA called on all member states of the ICC and the United Nations to implement the court’s decision, according to the agency.

The PA described the decision as “restoring hope and confidence in international law and its institutions.”
