Rhino: Agencies – Midfielders Florian Wirtz and Angelo Stieler were absent from Germany’s national team training on Tuesday, ahead of their final two matches of the year in the UEFA Europa League.

Wertz missed training due to an infection, while Stieler complained of muscle pain, and the duo’s readiness to face Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday is not yet confirmed.

Germany have already secured their place in the last eight of the Nations League in March, but will be hoping to clinch top spot in the last two rounds to get a better draw.

The Germans conclude their group stage campaign against Hungary on November 19.
