Rhino: Agencies – The United States said on Thursday it has allowed certain Lebanese nationals currently on US soil to stay for 18 months and apply for work permits, amid heightened hostilities between Israel and the Lebanese group Hezbollah, the US Department of Homeland Security said in a statement.

The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement that certain individuals from Lebanon who are in the United States until October 16 can apply for “Temporary Protected Status”.
