Rhino: Agencies – Luis de Lafuente, the coach of the Spanish national team, made exciting statements hours before facing Denmark tomorrow, Saturday, in the third round of the UEFA Nations League.
The Spanish national team is in second place in Group D in level “A” after collecting 4 points, behind Denmark (6).
In an interview with Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, De Lafuente talked about some of the behind-the-scenes details of his two-year journey with the Matadors, during which he won the UEFA Nations League and Euro 2024 titles.
In another context, de la Fuente talked about the talent of his 17-year-old player Lamin Yamal, of whom he said: “He has a magical talent that made him different from the rest.”
He continued: “Lamin has personality traits that make him older than his age, which makes him mature at a young age, as he is responsible and able to deal with different situations.”
However, the Spanish coach warned his young player not to follow in the footsteps of his predecessors who enjoyed great talents, before falling and fading quickly, emphasizing: “He has to control himself without rushing.”
