Rhino: Agencies – The European Union and bloc missions to Libya said on Friday that they are deeply concerned about the deteriorating situation in the country.
It added that the intimidation of members of the Tripoli-based High Council of State and Central Bank staff, the closure of oil fields and the disruption of banking services are exacerbating an already fragile situation.
