Rhino: Agencies – The UAE is in contact with French authorities and representatives of Emirati citizen and Telegram founder Pavel Durov after a French judge referred him to an official investigation, a UAE government official said on Thursday.
The official added that the UAE prioritizes the well-being of its citizens and protecting their interests, and considers providing assistance to them a top priority.
