Political researcher: Al-Burhan will meet the fate of Assad

Rhino: Agencies – Sudanese academic and political researcher and head of the South Darfur Autonomous Authority, “Siddiq al-Ghali,” ruled out that partition is the fate of Sudan.

Al-Ghali said in a statement to Al-Hurra channel published on Sunday, that the Rapid Support Forces led by “Mohamed Hamdan Daglo” continue to advance and control more than 70 percent of Sudanese territory, and continued: “Filling the vacuum requires the presence of an authority that manages the political situation,” suggesting that Burhan is likely to face the same fate as ousted Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Al-Ghali added that during the past year, the RSF extended the hand of peace to all parties and participated in all forums that discussed the future of Sudan and ending the armed conflict, pointing out that everyone knows who rejects peace, especially the Islamic Movement and its affiliates.
