Morocco beat Iraq by a hat-trick to advance to the quarter-finals of the Paris Olympics

Rhino: Agencies – The Moroccan Olympic team topped the Group B standings at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, after beating Iraq by three goals without a goal in the match held at the ‘Allianz Riviera’ stadium, within the competitions of the final round of Group B of the Olympic Games ‘Paris 2024’ championship which is currently taking place until 11 August.

Amir Richardson scored the first goal for Morocco in the 19th minute, Sofiane Rahimi added the second goal in the 28th minute, and Abdessamad Zelzouli scored the third goal in the 36th minute to end the half with a clean sheet.

 The second half was of average level after the Moroccan team was assured of the result, and its players tried to increase the number of goals in the Iraqi goal, but without any new developments, to end the match with Morocco’s victory with three clean goals, and top the group after being equal with Argentina in points with 6 points each, but Morocco leads in direct confrontations, after the two teams are equal in points, goals and the difference in goals scored for each of them.
