TAQADDOM: The army’s revolving door policy in negotiations has weakened its position in Geneva

Khartoum: Rhino – Osama Saeed, a member of the leading body of the Coordination of Civil Democratic Forces (Taqaddam), said on Thursday that the revolving door policy pursued by Sudanese army commander Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, by entering and exiting negotiations at the same time, will not work in the Geneva negotiations, but has completely weakened the army’s position.

In a tweet on his ‘X’ account on Thursday, Saeed pointed out that a large-scale humanitarian operation will be implemented through an agreement with each party in the areas under its control, to ensure the arrival of aid. He added: ‘This agreement will be an important reference for the rest of the negotiation files in the future.
