Rhino: Agencies – Real Madrid officially announced, on Wednesday, the renewal of the contract of Croatian player Luka Modric, for another season, until the summer of 2025.
The 38-year-old’s contract with Real Madrid expired last June, before reaching an agreement to sign a new contract.
‘Real Madrid and Luka Modric have agreed to extend the contract of our captain, who will remain at the club until 30 June 2025,’ Real Madrid said in a statement on its official website.
Modric joined Real Madrid in 2012 from Tottenham.
During his 12-year career with Real Madrid, Modric has won 26 trophies for the Whites.
