Rhino: Agencies – Interior Minister-designate “Khalil Basha Sayrin” said on Monday, in statements to “Al-Arabiya” channel, that they released the leaders of the former Bashir regime, “provided that they are in safe areas.”

The minister added: “We released 19,790 prisoners during the war, but about three thousand people sentenced to death also escaped from prisons,” the minister added, noting that former President Omar al-Bashir and some politicians are still in the “Medical Arms” hospital in Omdurman.
