Nyala: Rhino – The Sudanese Founding Forces announced in a statement today that they have made advances on several fronts in South and North Kordofan states. They said they had taken control of the Jergira area in North Darfur state after fierce battles against army forces and allied Islamic militias.

The statement said: “The enemy forces in the Jerjireh area suffered heavy losses in lives and equipment, exceeding 370 dead, in addition to our forces seizing large quantities of military equipment and dozens of combat vehicles. while the rest of the defeated forces of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood fled after our forces taught them a lesson in steadfastness and courage, adding to their record of field victories.

Our forces also deployed military bases in the surrounding area, in a move to reinforce their presence, secure vital locations, and provide protection for civilians in preparation for advancing toward new targets.

The statement added: “Our forces continue to advance from various axes towards the last strongholds of terrorism, confirming that the moment of decisive victory over the gang of tyranny and oppression is approaching, heralding the dawn of a new Sudan, built with the participation of all on the foundations of freedom, justice, and peace”.
